We hear from many schools that the delivered transfer rule setups are just too complicated to understand and maintain.
- Equate brings you one page of quick setup.
- The Equate setups are totally stand-alone and separate from the delivered setups.
- Entering rules is quick because we default most fields!
2. Equate integrates with the delivered Course Credits page
We’ve added buttons to the Course Credits-Automated page so you can process student transfer credit as fast as possible!
- Use the delivered Fetch button if you have some rules
- Click the Equate button to add to (or instead of!) the delivered rules
- Load History allows you to give this student the same credit as prior students even if there is no rule!
3. Equate is Flexible
Because Equate brings you a flattened, standalone rule set, you can use Equate in any scenario
- If you already have some delivered rules, you can “fill in the missing courses” with Equate
- You can use Equate all by itself to start building rules if you never have before!
- Equate handles One-to-One, Wildcards, and One-to-Many course equivalencies
4. You can be live on Equate very quickly!
Equate comes with an Excel import utility that allows you to build and import course transfer equivalencies very quickly!
